We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

I've had a previous account or two, but I might as well be new. I enjoy art, but I'm far from being an artist, so don't expect to see much coming from me. I write from time to time, so maybe I'll submit one of my crappy short stories or a poem about how much I hate deadlines or something. I also sometimes take pictures of things, but I'm definitely no photographer.
